What materials your yoga mats are made of?
The base of our mats is natural rubber. The top layer is made from Suede or Cork or eco-friendly PU. Materials are biodegradable, vegan and eco-friendly.
What can I do to make sure mat is not slippery?
Rubber bottom part of mat has special embossing that will help to keep your mat in place during the most energetic practice.
Mats covered with PU give you excellent grip from the first moments of your practice.
For mats covered with suede or cork, the more you sweat the better grip you get. If you are not warmed up sufficiently we recommend to lightly moisten your hands and feet or slightly spray your mat with water before use. Those mats are also recommended for hot yoga practice or for those who want to get deeper muscle engagement. They help to achieve smooth movements of your practice.
Can I fold my mat?
It is recommended not to fold yoga mats as this can cause damage to the mat. Please roll your mat with the design facing outward. Only travel mats (15 mm thick) can be folded however for longer storage we also recommend to keep it rolled up.
How to take care of my mat?
Keep it away from oil and sharp objects. Wipe with a soft wet towel with a mild detergent and leave to air-dry. Store in a cool and dry place, avoid exposure to direct sunlight to avoid fading. Please check also our cleaning guide.
Are NiumeYoga mats eco-friendly?
Our mats are made from all natural and biodegradable rubber, non toxic, chemical free, doesn’t contain harmful PVC. We used water-based inks during printing process. Our factories have RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) certification.
Is it normal that my mat shows marks after using it?
Yes, it is normal that your mat shows marks of usage. You may find that these marks will stay even after you clean the mat according to our Cleaning Instructions , and this is not because there is a fault with the product. The marks appear because of the natural reaction when you apply pressure to the rubber surface of the mat. Note that on lighter colored mats those marks are even more visible. These kind of marks do not in any way affect the grip or durability of your mat.

Can I change the order?
If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by using contact form with your order number. If the package is already prepared or on its way we cannot change the order.

Do you accept cancelations?
We do not accept cancellations. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. If you have any problems with your order please contact us.
What can I do if I entered the wrong delivery address?
If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us at email@example.com or by using contact form with your order number. If the package is already prepared or on its way we cannot change the order and also the delivery address.
If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery or incorrect address, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded (cost of item only) and you will need to create another order again. You will not be refunded for postage as we have incurred the cost sending you the order.
I didn’t receive order/dispatch confirmation mail.
Please first check the email account used to complete your order. Your order confirmation email should be there (try checking your Spam folder in case you can’t find it). Your dispatch confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after your order has been shipped by our warehouse. What methods of payment do you accept?
We offer the following payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, Ideal.
Is it safe to buy on your webpage?
Yes, it is. Our website has an SSL certificate (you can verify this by looking at the URL which starts from “https://”). This means that all data is encrypted and links are secure.
Which countries do you ship to?
Before placing your order, please check if we can ship to your location. This can be done at the check out. We ship worldwide.
How much does the shipping cost?
The exact shipping cost are shown at the checkout.
When will I receive my order?
After payment is confirmed all orders are processed within max 3 business days if they are not on “backorder” or “pre-order”. If you have ordered a “backorder” or “pre-order” item all goods will be shipped together when they will be available on stock. Your orders are being processed from Monday to Friday. Orders made after 12:00 (CET: UTC + 01) on Friday will be processed next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Are the taxes and import duties included in the price?
When ordering internationally you may have to pay import duties depending on what you’ve ordered and its declared value. Import duty is a tax that may be imposed by your country’s government on goods from other countries, so unfortunately this is not something we can control and cover.
Returns and refunds
Can I return the purchased item?
You can do it within 14 days for any reason. Please check more information at our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I exchange the product?
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot exchange yoga mats and accessories. We only exchange products if they are damaged or have defects. Please check more information at our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I make a complaint if my product is faulty?
If you have any complaints, we are happy to look at it, offering a resolution. Please contact us at email@example.com or by using contact form with the information of full description of the fault and photographic evidence attached. Complain of that nature should be reported to us within 30 days from the moment you received the product.
