Returns and Refund Policy
We want our customers to be 100% happy. We love our products and we are proud of providing you the good quality. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the opportunity to send the products back and receive your money back. You do not have to tell us the reason of the return, however we will appreciate any feedback, which will help us to improve our products.
We ask you to return any products within 14 days after you received them. All costs for returning the products to us, such as costs for shipping (also customs taxes and duties – if applicable) need to be paid by you. We hope you understand we only accept returned unused products in their original packaging with complete accessories and tags attached.
If you want to make your return please contact us first. Any returned parcels sent by customer without any prior information and getting the return authorization number to our team will not be returned/exchanged or refunded. Please follow steps for returns mentioned below
All packages together with return form (>click here) and receipt or proof of purchase should be sent on address given to you my our customer service.
Once the item is received by us and the condition is approved by NiumeYoga, the customer will be refunded for his purchase within 14 days from the moment of receiving return.
We refund only regular prices products. Items on sale can not be returned.
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot exchange yoga mats and accessories. We only exchange products if they are damaged or have defects. To exchange your purchased item to the same product please contact us following steps for returns/exchanges below.
Steps for returns/exchanges:
To receive refund please follow steps for returns described below. We reserve rights to refuse returns for items that we do not receive, have signs of usage, do not meet hygiene and health regulations or are no longer sellable for any other reason.
Step 1: Please contact us at: email@example.com
Step 2: Send us a photo of the item you want to return/exchange
Step 3: If we validate the return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization number and the return address. Please indicate this number on your return form.
Step 4: Print the return form (>click here). Send us a scan/photo of it after filling that in. Please don’t forget to put your Return Authorization number that you’ve received from us. Original should be attached to the parcel you are going to send to us.
Step 5: Send the product to us and please make sure to include in the parcel:
- a copy of the complete return (incl. the Return Authorization number)
- a copy of the original invoice
Step 6: We will send you a confirmation email, once we have received your returned product
Step 7: Product passing inspection by our team
Step 8: You will receive refund or exchange-item shipping information. Refund will only be done to the bank account number that was used to purchase the product initially
