Shipping & Delivery Policy

Your order will be shipped from The Netherlands. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipment processing time
After payment is confirmed all orders are processed within 1-2 business days if they are not on “backorder” or “pre-order”. If you have ordered a “backorder” or “pre-order” item all goods will be shipped together when they are available on stock. Your orders are being processed from Monday to Friday. Orders made after 12:00 (CET: UTC + 01) on Friday will be processed next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please make sure that your address is correct at checkout and provide the correct address if it’s different than billing one.
Any failed deliveries will be cancelled.
In case of failed delivery, the cost of the item only, will be automatically refunded to the card used at checkout, once it is back in our warehouse.
Shipping mode, prices & estimated delivery times (EDT)
All our orders are shipped by DPD, Post NL or DHL with tracking options.
Final shipping fees, calculated basing on weight and destination delivery, will be shown at checkout. You will also be able to see the shipping mode available per destination.
We can ship max to 20kg, if your order exceeds 20 kg please contact us at: email@example.com to align on shipping possibilities.

Shipping to The Netherlands is free and takes 1 working day.
Shipping to European Union Countries is free for orders above 50 EUR (amount spent after applying any promocodes) for limited time. Free shipping is excluded for: Faroe Islands, Aland Island, Madeira, Azores, Vatican, San Marino, Cyprus, Ceuta, Melilla, Malta, Canary Islands.
For shipments below 50 EUR shipping to European Union Countries starts from 7 EUR and delivery time is 1 – 6 working days.
Shipping to other countries starts from 20 EUR and delivery time is 4- 25 working days.

We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For all shipments sent to non-European Union countries some local duties & taxes might apply during customs process. NiumeYoga is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied – they need to be covered by the customer.
If You refuse shipment because of unexpected import fees the shipment will be damaged at customs therefore NiumeYoga is not able to refund it or shipping fees in any case.
NiumeYoga is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by carrier, nor for delays due to customs clearance.
